Cool video about Computer Case, take a look:

Announcing the BETA, a mid-tower steel case that delivers gamers a chassis designed for tremendous value without sacrificing performance. Built for maximum expandability, BETA expansive jet black interior provides ample room for 4 external 5.25″ drives, 5 HDD racks, and fits large 10.5″ performance graphics cards. NZXT continues their expertise in effective cooling by offering BETA users expanded cooling that directly cools video cards and CPU with 4 120mm fans(1 front, 1 rear, and 2 side) and a meshed front panel that improves airflow. The front 120mm fan can fit thicker fans like the Scythe Ultra Kaze that can help maximize airflow. Additional features like screwless installation for 5.25″ drives/hard drives and top mounted USB/Audio enhance ease of installation and convenience for gamers.

@xxpr3dzxx yes.. jeez, like 30 people have asked that question on this video already…

By GaryH315223 on June 14th, 2010 at 5:36 pm

@LpFr3aK
It can fit up to 11.5″ videocards.

By GaryH315223 on June 14th, 2010 at 5:41 pm

@GaryH315223 Yeah, but I have switched up to a NZXT M59 case, i got on newegg, for $19.99 free shipping. Its becoming more and more often, that newegg somehow beats ebay’s prices!

By xxpr3dzxx on June 14th, 2010 at 6:09 pm

can it fit a ATI Radeon 5870

@GaryH315223 Lol, that was my thought

@DeusExPlexus It is definately just an asthetics thing, but i love it. i dont know why it makes it look beter, it just does. maybe because its a contrast to how most computers are flat silver inside. Polished silver looks good too though.

My only beef about this case is that the 3.5 bay that is designed to be external has no where on the front panel to poke out of. Sure, you can mod it in, but, oh well.
Just a tip, if you want a clear side for this case, but dont wanna DIY, they sell the clear side for the Alpha case for like $15 through NZXT. Its a clossy black instead of flat like the beta, but you hardly notice.
Oh, and props to all the case makers that are putting the psu on the bottom now.

By GodLikeSkillz89 on June 14th, 2010 at 7:38 pm

@craziii3 The Beta Evo is much better, because the PSU goes on the bottom instead of the top on the Evo. The Beta also has a large opening behind the CPU socket, so that it makes it easier to install water cooling.

@GodLikeSkillz89 woah, the evo is definitely better.

By ShinyMetalProduction on June 14th, 2010 at 9:21 pm

@LpFr3aK I have a smaller case then that…and it stills fit..So the hd 5850 will fit

By GodLikeSkillz89 on June 14th, 2010 at 9:39 pm

The NZXT Beta Evo is basically the same thing accept the removable side panel fan places are vertical and the PSU can be mounted on the bottom instead of top which is better IMO.

By wildreams on June 14th, 2010 at 9:44 pm

yes…

will a radeon 5850 fit in there??

By HateResistant on June 14th, 2010 at 11:08 pm

By GaryH315223 on June 15th, 2010 at 12:57 am

Thumbscrews are NOT rubberized. they are plastic.

By BetaOverclocking on June 15th, 2010 at 3:58 am

Who is the idiot with no life giving each comment a thumb down?

It’s stupid. People can just read the comment to know its a good comment anyway.

MORON.
